​It’s really nice to meet all of you! If I were doing this intro by the book, I would tell you about my role as an investor, my sales and finance background, and try my darndest to make a polished first impression. ​But… ​I’m not a dude who follows the “book.” (The book is usually too slow, anyway.) ​So… I thought I’d start by being real… ​“Hi, my name is Nathan Edelen. I live in Orlando with my amazing girlfriend. I love a good steak and strategy session with like minded folks. Most days I’m just a guy trying to figure out how to automate the boring stuff so I can spend more time on the things that actually matter. ​If it’s okay with you… over the next few days or so… I’d like to swing by and get to know you a bit. ​FIRST: ​I like stories! ​I know, I know—I’m supposed to be "grinding" 24/7. But I’ve probably analyzed the roster for the next Marvel movie or rewatched The Lincoln Lawyer more times than I’d care to admit. ​Between keeping up with the NFL and debating whether Avengers: Doomsday will live up to the hype, I’ve had to figure out ways to be "semi-successful" WHILE the game is on. Lately I've been down the AI rabbit hole and building systems that do the heavy lifting. But, I will share more on that another day.
