The Time Is Now
I'm tired. Tired of watching. Tired of waiting. Tired of people who see what's happening and look away. Racism. Injustice. Inequality. It's not new. It's not getting better on its own. And pretending it will? That's a luxury we can't afford. We've been sleepwalking. Heads in the sand. Eyes shut tight. Comfortable in our denial. While others suffer. While systems crush. While the powerful protect the powerful. And for what? So we don't have to feel uncomfortable? So we can go about our day? So we can tell ourselves it's not our problem? It is our problem. Every single one of us. The governments aren't coming to save us. The corporations aren't going to change themselves. The institutions aren't built for justice. They're built to stay. To Hold. To protect the few at the expense of the many. And if we don't act? If we don't speak? If we don't stand? Things will get worse. They always do. So here's the question... Are you going to be one of the few? One of the ones who wakes up? One of the ones who refuses to look away? One of the ones who uses their voice? Because the world doesn't change by accident. It changes when people decide they've had enough. When people decide silence is complicity. When people decide that being comfortable isn't worth someone else's freedom. Wake up. Not tomorrow. Not when it's easier. Now. We are one humanity. One World One Voice. And that voice needs to be loud. Uncomfortable. Unstoppable. Let's make it happen. Together. Before it's too late. I'd love to hear your thoughts? With Love ❤️ Always Mark

I am approaching schools to see if we can work on teacher personal growth. The by-product is the students see teachers with "internal change/growth/maturity" not just another Master's degree. It is going to be tough, but if I can get a handful of the thousands of schools here in Chile, we will have a foothold. So, I am working on the world of education. Others can work on families, the markets, ethics, the State, Religion

Excellent work Mark.
A very small experiment (you don't have to be religious)
Hi Everyone 👋 Here's what I've been turning over in my head...... No god ever wrote a book. Not one........ The Torah, the Bible, the Quran, the Vedas, the Tripitaka, the Tao Te Ching, all written down by humans. Mostly men. Mostly years or centuries after the fact.... That doesn't make them less sacred to me. If anything, it makes me wonder: what were those humans feeling when they finally put the words down? Were they scared? Hopeful? Did they argue with each other over the right phrase? I don't know. Nobody does. But here's my ask. And it's tiny..... I just want to hear your voice, not a perfect answer. If you could ask one question....just one.....to the person who first wrote down your favourite teaching, what would you ask them? It doesn't have to be religious. Could be a line from a poem, something your grandmother said, a lyric that kept you alive. Mine would be: "Were you afraid people wouldn't believe you?" That's it. One sentence. Reply with your question. Doesn't need to be long. Doesn't need to be wise. Just real..... I'll read every single one. With a hopeful heart that you will take 2 minutes out of your day to add your question ❤️ With Love ❤️ Always Mark

Welcome @Ivy Salon
Suffering
Sometimes the mind suffers not because life is terrible, but because it constantly compares, worries, and imagines worse situations. The Buddha taught that mindfulness brings the mind back to the present moment where, peace can finally begin to grow.

For our children Character and Maturity and self esteem are indispensible. Let's create children with a purpose greater than themselves.
