I'm celebrating having made some big decisions that set me up for an incredible 2026. - Letting go of sunk costs thinking ... and making decisions based on today. - Letting go of relationships that no longer serve. - Setting goals that I feel are within my powers to go and create. - Created a vision board for 2026 that feels super exciting and challenging. - New resume that feels exciting and puts me in the mix for new opportunities. Hello all! I'm Andrew, a world traveller with a Canadian passport... currently based near Toronto. One brave thing I'm working on right now is reimagining how I do the impact work I do. I'm excited about this community because I've seen firsthand how those in education who try to find a better way are often cut down by those who resist the perceived discomfort of change.
