The shift is here and it’s a mutha truckin’ doozy. I had the honor of meeting up with Travis and 18 other Ronin in Little Rock for the Serve No Master shindig he hosted about a week ago. It was off the chain! The knowledge bombs dropped there blew our minds. I can say that because everyone I spoke with in attendance said the same thing. My brain’s still processing. But here’s where it gets real good for us Rockstars and our Royalties… You may have noticed Travis changed the name of this group by adding a little A.I. to the front. And he’s started taking temperature for some of the A.I. stuff he’s working on. @Travis Sago gave me the thumbs up to start sharing with you guys and gals the new stuff we’re doing in Ronin. It’s the shift. From renting IP to sellers… To how to turn A.I. into useful tools… And then rent those tools out to sellers for royalties. We can create these tools easily with software already out there and make our own little micro SaaS’s to rent out over and over. Or… and I’m just about to explore this as well… If I don’t want to CREATE my own tool, I can rent one already created, and then sub-license it out. Some Ronin are already going nutz with this. Shogun Roy Carter got his hands on the Shogun Traffic Method last week... Today, he's already scored! Roy gets Rockstar of the Day! Did ya check out the pic? How exciting is that? (Below, I'm showing ya how he could get the traffic free too.) He nailed THREE ads to 3,000 subscribers for $50. $16.66 per insert! Roy can do this anytime he wants now. He could even do this if he was homeless and broke... I'm gonna lay it out for ya... But first, I want you to understand that… Screaming deals like this can NOT be bought FB adz, YT, Google, X etc... Just like in so many markets: Real Estate, Autos, etc... The hottest deals are OFF-MARKET! ===>Get off market traffic deals for a song Now... What if Roy were totally broke? He could still drive all the traffic to his stuff he can shake a stick at. How? Here's one of the most important things I've learned about biz and investing over the years... FINDING THE DEAL is EVERYTHING! You do NOT need money when you can find great deals. If land is going for $10,000 an acre in Pulaski County, Arkansas and you score 3 acres (off market) for $10,000... You can subdivide the land into two or three parcels. Then what? You sell 2 acres for $5,000 each... Which would sell lickety-split because you're still selling for HALF of the market value. And you KEEP the 3rd acre for yourself and pay nothing. Ya see? Roy (or any Shogun) can do the same thing. Buy the traffic so cheap, sell off part of it and keep a chunk for yourself. You “subdivide” the ad! In Roy's example... There are tons of groups he could make a post in and sell two spots for $25 each with ease. That gives him $50 bucks back... And now Roy’s ad is FREE! I did these subdivided traffic deals a lot when I was getting started. You can add two or three zeroes and this still works great.

I’m just a boy from Arkansas. It pleases me to no end that Phoneless Sales Machine will be taught in German speaking countries! I’ve sold my stuff to over 78+ different countries over the last 20 years…much due to licensing mojo. It’s never cost me a penny out of my pocket. The recurring royalties and reach is more than I could’ve ever imagined. If you’ve got something that changes lives in some way, large or small, and want to impact the world, but don’t have a huge advertising budget… 👉 Package up your brilliance. 👉 Find a licensee and let them rent it for royalties. (Where do you find them? TIP: My German licensee is a customer. Your past customers are the easiest deals to make.) 👉 Don’t do an exclusive agreement until you’ve got a few deals under your belt. Non-exclusive is super safe. 👉 Base your royalty percentage off how much help and support you want/need to give them to get rolling. I only do deals where I don’t need to do much support at all…so I usually do deals between 10% to 25% of gross sales. 👉 Repeat until rich and you’re known all over the world 😆 Thank you for letting me celebrate with you!
