Week 1 of starting over on eBay 📈
I think when running any business, diversification is key, but I still believe that you should really get good at selling on one platform first before you start selling on other platforms. Once you have gotten the results that you desire on one platform, it is a good idea to start expanding, especially with how easy it is today. That's what we're doing. We are starting to expand back on eBay, soon Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Whatnot Marketplace, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, etc. Follow the journey.

Hello Andy here from the UK. I have been selling on eBay 25 years and love what I do. Although been selling for 25 years, I learn something new everyday day about reselling, sourcing and decide to join this community to hangout with like minded people and learn new things. Back in 2016 I developed a spinal cord compression which saw me having five months in different hospitals and spinal rehab. I left a paraplegic having to use a powerchair when out and about. This of course took my business in a different direction with sourcing, listing and shipping. But I never gave up.
This has been the easiest AI workflow
Hey everyone! 👋 Just dropped a recent video on my YouTube channel that I had to share with this amazing community! 🔥 I analyzed 5,446 of my eBay sales to figure out exactly which brands are making me money vs. the ones that are straight-up losing me cash. 📊💰 Quick highlights from what I discovered: 🚫 AVOID these brands completely: - Chaps, Dickies, IZOD, Old Navy, Gap 😱 ✅ FOCUS on these winners: - Lululemon: $16.89 avg profit per item 💪 - Judy Blue: $31.38 avg profit per item 🔥 - Nike: Reliable volume with good margins 👟 ⚠️ Be selective with: Wrangler, Lee, Columbia, Carhartt (they CAN work but pick carefully) The best part? I show you exactly how to do this analysis yourself using AI tools - no guessing anymore! 🤖 This data-driven approach is exactly what's helped us hit almost $1M in sales since July. 📈 What brands have been your biggest winners and losers? Let's compare notes in the comments! 💬⬇️ Hope this helps someone avoid the money pits I fell into! 🙌

I work with individuals, businesses and charities to start and build their eBay businesses so they can turn unwanted items into much-needed cash.
