Hi my name is Lachlan. I have been training for 4 years now. But to be honest it has been on and off at some periods of time. I was super skinny at 57kg, I have worked my way up to 94kg and I have come back down to 80kg (due to a recent impulse to run a marathon). I would like to build strength and a bit more mass again.
@Lachlan Ramm Hey Lachlan, thanks for joining this new page! I think those are great goals to have and long distance running has always been admirable to me! Let me know how I can help you on your journey!
