I have changed my view on this as occupancy numbers have dropped and have found it to be a useful tool in increasing conversions. We provide temporary access to prospective tenants to check out units especially for facilities with lower occupancies.

I use Cubby and switched over from ESS. I really love that they are constantly improving their product and customer experience. Almost all of the issues I originally had have been addressed and they continue to add great features and adjustments every month. I have integrated their call center module into my management company. Also if anyone that wants to use Cubby alongside third party management and wants to make the switch but doesn’t have the 333 units, reach out because I can onboard your facility under my organization at a lower price point since I have already exceeded the minimums.
