New vegan
Hey guys! I just started to transition to a plant based diet, I'm trying to figure out how to build muscle and eat enough protein on a vegan diet in a more adorable way. I've made a lot of progress but realized ive been spending way too much on groceries trying to hit protein goals and found it unsustainable, i would like to find a more affordable way to reach protein targets to maintain muscle without relying so much on fake meats or tofu

I definitely feels you my dude, but unfortunately tofu is one of the highest sources of vegan protein, right next to tempeh and seitan. These all have done wonders for me. I get daring chicken also: great protein to calorie ratio and very little ingredients. Also, check out Chris's Instagram as he has great recommendations for hight protein meals. Definitely stay away from high processed meats that have more ingredients that can fit on the package.
