Computer glasses
Could anyone advise me please. I am considering purchasing a pair of blue light filtering glasses for daytime computer use for my daughter from Bon Charge. She works from home 5 days a week staring at her computer. Would these be my best option glasses wise? It is a slow burn trying to make her understand the dangers of this and other aspects we are all learning about! Blue light blockers for night time and bulbs are next on my list for her health. Many thanks.

Just installed IRIS as well @Stephanie McCarthy and good question. I use BB's for general light in our house at night. So will still use them, though now have extra layer using IRIS is using my laptop.

Hi @Elle Jeffrey Sorry a bit slow on the response here. It's a software which helps control the monitor/screen light coming out. It's reasonable, and after a trial it was like $10 for lifetime. I set it for 6pm through to 8am to a strong amber. Plus i also wear BB's anyway at night. https://iristech.co/
Must Watch - Calley & Casey Means: How Big Pharma Keeps You Sick
Hi everyone, If you haven't already, I highly recommend you listen/watch this outstanding Tucker Carlson interview with Calley and Casey Means. Casey Means was a Stanford-educated surgeon. Her brother Calley was a lobbyist for pharma and the food industry. Both quit their jobs in horror when they realized how many people were being killed by the systems they participated in. This is an amazing story. Calley and Casey are eloquent, well educated and professional, it's a good one to share with friends and family who need to wake up. Simon

Her book is a great grounding in metabolic health and chronic disease.

I am a super curious person when it comes to health, and how we can look after ourselves and each other. Also live how humans are meant to be living!
