Closed a event-driven GPS enabled app for $5K Today
Hey guys, thought I'd share a win. Through word of mouth, someone in my connections heard that I may have had a time tracking app(which I literally made a YT video talking about how I built a time tracking app that got like 300 views) and they wanted me to quote them on building one for their company. Super small win, I offered 3 options: Option 1 @ 5K that has support at a discounted hourly rate Option 2 @ 10K that had more user threshold and a minimum built in support Option 3 @15K that had everything in option 2 but also allowed for enhancements/feature additions + an Automation evaluation of their business(which is really where I have given most companies an ROI) I have not given hope on being able to provide them more exponential value because it seems this is a stepping stone to a bigger engagement with them(this is a pilot for 1 of 34 offices they have need for a specialized time tracking app with event-driven GPS app) It's not huge but a win is a win!

@Hicham Char right, interestingly enough I know they likely weren't going to go for it but in some sense I was using it as part of the pitch so as we work on the engagement they will inevitably be thinking about what can be automated. Half the battle is educating them on what can even be automated
Just Shipped: A Multi-Assistant Setup That Actually Feels Like Magic.
Zero learning curve. Maximum output. I just wrapped up this multi-assistant ecosystem with a heavy focus on UI/UX. Key features of this build: - Plug-and-Play Logic: No "tech knowledge" required. It integrates with your CRM and tools out of the box. - Granular Team Management: Assign specific team members to specific assistants, ensuring the right people have the right data. - High-Fidelity UX: A streamlined interface for uploading data and configuring custom knowledge bases without touching a line of code We didn't just build a tool; we built a digital workforce that anyone on the team can manage. It does look really clean. Intersting that you used netlify to deploy and not lovable which the website is built with. Any reason?
How I made over $100K this year by accepting a 1-hr n8n gig
Hey guys, 2025 has been a wild year for me. Went from serving Fortune 500 clients, to that company liquidating, and then making $100K from a single client requesting n8n automation help. This client had posted about needing someone to teach them how to setup and evaluate an n8n automation for automating legal pleading responses. I attached the proposal I responded with and the first workflow. After meeting with him I built a 7 workflow Automation that: - Watches a google drive folder for new documents related to a case - uses OCR to extract text from the document - Reads all the case documents + the new doc - Extracts arguments + facts + case law - Forms an informed response using a case law research AI Agent - Drafts it with proper case law citation - Sends it to proper attorney to review Tech Stack - 1. n8n - for orchestration 2. OpenAI - AI Agent definition 3. AWS Textract - for OCR 4. AWS lambda + AWS S3 Bucket + Python - b/c n8n doesn't have great AWS Textract connectors 5. CourtListener + Google Scholar - Case Law research AI Agent 6. Google Drive - for triggering the workflow This workflow was about a $10K engagement and finished it in about a week. I closed a bunch of other work with him based on other projects he was working on that resulted in the rest of my income from him this year.

@Claudio Sotelo Yes, its helped me realize the value I can actually provide and in all honesty most of the work turned into go to market strategy and software development! Even that initial n8n flow I would probably build 100% with code if I did it again.

@Safock Ai I would say scoping properly was a part of the success but scoping is a part of the communication. Communication, letting the client in on what my plan was for development, how long I thought each part would take, my confidence in specific tasks vs forthrightness on tasks I thought were dangers to the completion of the project was what really helped gain trust. Of all the invocing I sent, they never once questioned what any of the charges meant because of how detailed my notes were for each task
Youtube Automation/AI channel cohort
I'm interested to know with those getting started how they are generating leads or at least INTEND to generate leads from their social platforms and then maybe grouping up together to see if we can challenge each other and grow with/from it! Would be great to have a weekly challenge to check in on like: "Post 1 long form video this week" "Post a short form video everyday this week" "Setup call to actions on all your videos etc."

Looking for Lawyers to implement Automated Legal Pleading responses
Hey guys, I recently finished implementing this automation to help a large law firm respond to legal pleadings and use a case search API to backup its responses with relevant case law. It's using: n8n AWS S3 Buckets AWS Lambda functions AWS Textract OpenAI Assistants CourtListener(DB that pulls relevant cases to backup legal prose) etc. This got rid of most of the grunt work that need to happen in lawsuits that would often be passed down to low experience lawyers who are still expensive to have on payroll. Anyway I am looking for connections in the space or agencies finding this valuable to collaborate on projects, package this up as a solution to sell for monthly retainer etc. Happy to share the results too if that is helpful!

@Hicham Char Thanks! I'm actually familiar with Clio API and totally agree! Not yet, trying not to perfect the solution necessarily until I see interest in its main benefit and what stack they'll use! Can totally make this self hosted too to cut down on costs!
