My first thought is to go through the Soulful selling framework and ask to cover those aspects and also get some personal stories and overall personal situations. My biggest struggle is to turn a "normal" conversation into a "client creation" conversation. I found this in M Oliver course (Phase 2, Step 1, point 2) when knowing someone. It might be helpful for you too to have it visually!

Aka, the boiler room selling, the dreaded "I made a mistake can I have my money back" selling, the combative type of selling. Leaves a bad image on the company, on the sales team, and on the sales space as a whole/ If you want to avoid getting churned and actually making long-term positive change for your prospects and for your bank account, you must be the sales rep who dances. Think of a dancer, They don't force people to dance, they guide people to dance. Sometimes feet get stepped on in dancing with a partner (ballroom dancing) But as time goes on, the dance feels effortless, you guys feel connected in the dance. And you guide them towards certain steps without you forcing them, or them feeling forced. These are the best sales reps in the world. The one who guides the prospects and dances with them. So the next time you hop on a call, remember that you and your prospects are dancing, not you viciously raping them into submission.
