Creating pieces for PHYREBOXES specific for children 4 years old to 11 years old and PHYREBOXES for "everyday" use. Both are smaller sized sets than the PhyreBoxes we've been working with and making.

It's been an epic summer for me for many reasons, one of which is a new level of personal achievement in the realm of phryction phyre. Thanks to new thinking from some awesome students at my phryction phyre workshops this year, I decided to try the "impossible" and used the Egyptian drill to successfully create coals with bulletwood, Quebracho, and finally Ipé. If you've tried Ipé, then you know it's difficult even on the toggle drill, but with dozens of students getting their Ipé coals under my belt as a teacher and with my own personal Ipé coals I've learned a thing or two about the right technique to use in approaching this resinous beast; with that kind of experience and dirt time, the "impossible" becomes possible. What else can we achieve together Phyre Dojo?!? What else is possible if we set our minds free from the limiting beliefs we currently hold? Let's fuck around and find out! Let's get after it!!! I'm thinking of doing some (of course FREE) regular (weekly?) Live Streaming on YouTube (because I'm not busy enough) where I just present a method or talk about a subject like a specific Variable of the 22 Variables or one of the 4 Foundational skills or something or a subject someone asks me to talk about in advance, along with a Q&A on any PhyreKeeping subject at the end. These would end up as adding to all the free YouTube videos on the PhyreDojo channel of course adding to the PhyrePedia body of knowledge for any and all people. Thoughts?

Cautionary tale: if you store harvested yucca stems like I do, be sure to store them in a garage or shed, but not inside your house. A moth type insect can hatch out of it at any time, and here I have pictures of the recent occurrence. Luckily it was in my garage. Thank you to Joe Lau for this cautionary lesson… I used to have these stems inside the house. Joe, does Sotol do something similar? I have that in the garage too.
