🚀I've been thinking about the community!🚀
We are currently trying to tackle a lot of topics at the same time. After some considerations I have given this question more attention. Do i need to niche down again? We went from The Storage Banks where I tried to share every helpful experience i had with life. I quickly found out that was having a low chance of impacting a lot of people (See attached image of classroom preview for The Storage banks) Now we are Better By Basics, trying to deliver on Sleep, Movement, and Food, my experiences and any other helpful tips etc. (See attached image of classroom preview for Better By Basics) I'm now curious on this thought: allright I have some valuable lessons in Movement and Food, but not a whole lot, over the last years I've primarily focused on sleep. So should i move the community towards sleep and only sleep. I also think that people looking for sleep help, will probably join a specific group dedicated to that rather than better by basics. Don’t dance just because the music’s playing
I like the core principles / teachings of this! Just because everyone else is causing self-harm trough not taking care of them self, that is not an excuse for oneself to also follow that path! Of course it will be hard, but it's so much better than suffering helplessly.

Mindfulness apps
Good morning I am not sure if this will be helpful or even if anyone has any other apps they use for mindfullness or journeling. I use this along side another one This is use for guided meditation aswel as setting intention It's both paid and free.
