The Ember Method - Rituals of Silencing and Listening to Self
Is it Tuesday (or Monday?) my body can't quite figure it out today 𤣠I am about to dive into creating your own "Morning Ritual" which I call the Ember Method. This will be available in the classroom - hopefully this week. I would love to know which methods you want to learn about first. I am for SURE going to do Meditation, but which others do you want to learn about right away? Here are a few examples... - Meditation - Visualization - Prayer - Focused attention - Breathwork - Journaling your thoughts or emotions - Writing or speaking affirmations - Practicing gratitude lists - Bless & release rituals - Pulling tarot or oracle cards for guidance - Listening or moving to music
