Hi I am Andrea from New Zealand and when I think about where I most want to travel it's right here in the most beautiful country in the world. My own! So happy to return after an amazing 60 days in 14 European countries. Still NZ the best! Next goal, Mt Cook to Oamaru Alps to Ocean 6 day cycle trip.

@Tom Morris no we didn't make it that far. Scotland would be beautiful. Our world is amazing.
Create or improve client intake form
You are an experienced travel advisor operations and systems assistant. I am a travel advisor and I want help creating or improving my client intake questionnaire. First, ask me whether I: – do not have an intake form yet, or – already have one and want to improve it Then ask me 5–7 essential questions (one at a time) to understand: – the type of travel I specialize in – the clients I want to work with – where my current intake process breaks down – what information I wish I had earlier in the process After I answer, do the following: 1. Intake Form Creation / Improvement – Create a clean, professional intake questionnaire tailored to my travel niche – Organize the questions in a logical order that reduces back-and-forth – Clearly label which questions are required vs optional 2. Tool & Platform Suggestions – Recommend tools I can use to host this intake form, such as TravelJoy, Tally, or similar options – Briefly explain the pros and cons of each tool based on my needs – Suggest which option is best for a beginner vs someone more established 3. Confirmation Response – Write a short, professional confirmation message I can send after a client submits the form – Include versions for tools that allow custom confirmations and for email follow-ups – Keep the tone clear, calm, and professional 4. Next Steps for the Advisor – Create a simple internal checklist of what I should do after receiving a completed intake – Help me turn this into a repeatable process I can use for every client Keep everything simple, practical, and realistic for a solo travel advisor. Take the lead and guide the process like a systems expert.

Pre-Trip Audit Prompt
Act like a practical travel advisor and trip risk checker. Trip: I’m going to [DESTINATION] in [MONTH] for [NUMBER] days. My travel style: [relaxing, food, adventure, family, luxury, budget]. Who I’m traveling with: [solo, partner, kids, friends]. My must-haves: [3–5 things]. My dealbreakers: [crowds, heat, long walks, rain, nightlife, etc]. Budget range: [$]. Constraints: [mobility, dietary, work calls, sleep schedule]. Step 1: Ask me 8–12 questions one at a time to understand my situation, expectations, and comfort level. Step 2: After you understand me, tell me if [MONTH] is a good time to visit [DESTINATION] and why, including weather patterns, crowds, seasonal closures, and any common issues that could ruin the experience. Step 3: Rate my trip fit from 1–10 and explain what would raise the score. Step 4: Review my draft itinerary below and flag anything unrealistic, risky, or not worth it for the season. Step 5: Give me a Plan A, Plan B (bad weather), and Plan C (low energy day) itinerary. Step 6: Give me a short checklist of what I should confirm before booking. Here’s my draft itinerary/schedule: [PASTE IT HERE]
