We have just had a ton of rain. When hard things come our way we can often be dark about them. Sometimes it takes a shift to see the flowers that come from dreary days.

Hello beautiful peeps! For those of us who might take medication so many are impacted by the heat. What are your favorite ways to cool down when it's a beautiful day? We currently have plans to set up a backyard pool.

Today I encourage you to take some time (20 minutes to an hour) to be creative. No rules, no pressure, no goal to generate income. Simply making for making sake. Suggestions if you are not sure where to start: paint, draw, make sculpture with everyday items, collage, make paper chains, write (a song, a poem, a short story) Share here how you feel afterwards! You can share your creation or not. But... I suggest saving it (or a picture of it) to look back on after more of these challenges.
