Hi I'm Andrea. I'm living in kitchen hell right now since I moved 3 years ago, renovation is pending and man I hope it's done this year! So as a result I've only been doing scaled back cooking post move because 60% of my kitchen stuff is still in boxes. 😢 My favorite easy thing to make is Chicken picatta I want to lick the pan every time I make it. When I have time I like cooking Indian because there is nowhere nearby now to get it. And if all options are on the table I love Vietnamese food. I used to regularly make a water kefir drink but haven't done it since I moved. Is Oxymel considered a ferment? I periodically make that to mix with sparkling water, but nothing going at the moment. I think I tried home brew kombucha but I think something happened and it didn't go well, that was probably 10 years ago and the water kefir was easier to keep going.
