Reta question
I am reading that Reta doesn’t suppress appetite and food noise as well as Tirz. I am switching next week and I am really nervous that I am going to struggle! I don’t want to invest in anything else right now, although Capri is something I am looking into. Anyone not have an issue with Reta?

@Melanie King make sure you are measuring your waist bust hips and legs. I lost inches before the actual weight started dropping.
