School Plans
What are you all doing for school this year? I know back to school can be a tricky time. How are you feeling about back to school?

@Anne Johnson yessss I can relate to this so much! I also just want to validate how hard it is to teach different personalities and learning styles and then you add PANDAS on top of it and it is 😩
Encouragement
This verse popped into my head for you today: Psalm 138:7-8 “Though I walk in the midst of trouble, You will revive me; You will stretch out Your hand Against the wrath of my enemies, And Your right hand will save me.8 The LORD will perfect that which-concerns me; Your mercy, O LORD, endures forever; Do not forsake the works of Your hands” I love that this verse describes the tightrope many of us feel we are walking every single day: in the MIDST of trouble, you will revive me. That word “revive” Means to live abundantly, to be quickened again, to be full of life. Vs 8: the lord will PERFECT (cause to come to an end, complete) That which concerns me: the word “concerns” is an interesting descriptive word that means “around, on, through, above, beneath.” This paints a picture of how our circumstances can encircle us. What would it look like to put your hand in Gods hand today, and entrust Him to cause to come to completion tbe things that encircle you today?

@Audrey Todd it’s so true. It’s impossible to understand how devastating the whole thing is unless you’ve lived it 💔

@Audrey Todd I think it makes sense that you’re in the angry stage of grief. And that anger needs a place to express it self. Anger helps us to identify where we’ve felt violated or like something unjustly stolen from us. God isn’t asking you to pretend that away or skip over it. He can handle it. You might find some encouragement and strategy for how to process anger in chapter 2 of “Wrapped in Kindness.” https://amzn.to/4wPdotp It’s okay to stay there for a while. You won’t get stuck here and I’m so grateful you shared ❤️

Don't Miss This Months Call!
I'm so looking forward to our call on Tuesday! The Behavior Detective Sessions are for you to receive 1:1 coaching, insight and guidance on your child (or grandchild's) behavior. Because understanding what your child is trying to communicate through their behavior is the first step in coming up with practical solutions that are not resisted. YES- The monthly coaching calls are the only upgraded part of the Thriving Together community because that's where personalized transformation happens. The free community is filled with education, trainings, and resources to help you better understand your child's behavior and biology. But on the coaching calls, we get to apply those principles directly to your family. We can dig into your unique situation, identify what's really driving the behaviors you're seeing, and create practical next steps that fit your child and your season of life. If you've ever thought, "I understand the information... I just don't know how it applies to us," the coaching calls were created for exactly that. Can't wait for you to join us!
