Most are just praying for engagement… Very few are planting it.
You don’t reap likes by refreshing your post. You reap likes by sowing real attention into other people’s content. Quality comments. Thoughtful replies. Consistent support. Engagement follows obedience to the seed. Plant more seeds.

You can’t expect a harvest from seeds you never planted.

@Louise Shickle nice
The quickest way to reach non-followers on Facebook right now is Reels. Here’s the truth 👇
Facebook uses Reels as a discovery tool, not a branding tool. That means Reels are shown to people who don’t follow you yet first. But here’s where people mess up: They post: • aesthetic clips • silent GRWMs • random trending sounds So they get views… but no follows, no comments, no growth. What Facebook actually wants from Reels: • a clear point • a problem someone recognizes instantly • context (text or captions that explain WHY) Reels that make people think: “Wait… this is about me.” That’s what turns views into new followers. If you want to reach people who don’t know you yet, start using Reels with intention — not vibes.

The Silent Violinist: The Importance of Engagement
In the heart of a bustling city square, where merchants shouted and horses clattered over cobblestone, a young violinist named Luca took his place. His violin was exquisite, a family heirloom passed through generations. His technique? Flawless. Every note, precise. Every movement, practiced. He played for hours, pouring his soul into the strings. And yet… no one stopped to listen. The crowd moved past him—too busy, too distracted, too indifferent. Luca played louder. More passionately. Faster. Still, no one paid attention. Frustrated, he lowered his violin. An old woman selling flowers nearby chuckled. “You play beautifully,” she said. “But you play for yourself.” Luca frowned. “Who else should I play for?” The woman pointed to the square. “Them. You play as if they should already care. But if you want them to listen, you must first listen to them.” The next day, Luca did something different. He didn’t just play. He watched. He noticed the hurried merchants glancing up between deals. The children skipping past, drawn to bright sounds. The weary travelers pausing, longing for something familiar. And so, Luca adjusted. For the merchants, he played a lively tune, matching the rhythm of the square. For the children, he let his notes dance, playful and unpredictable. For the travelers, he wove melodies of home—songs they recognized, songs they missed. And soon, something changed. People stopped. They listened. They dropped coins at his feet—not because he demanded attention, but because he earned it. Luca smiled. The violin had always been his, but now, the music belonged to them. The Lesson: Social media, business, and storytelling are no different than Luca’s violin. If you speak only for yourself, no one will listen. 1. People Engage with What Feels Personal. If your content doesn’t connect with your audience, they will scroll past it—no matter how great it is. 2. Your Audience Tells You What They Need—Listen. Pay attention to comments, questions, and reactions. They’re telling you exactly what they want to hear.

Getting someone to authentically acknowledge you cannot be accomplished by force. True engagement is the goal and it is indeed earned.
READ THIS CAREFULLY… because it might sting a little.
But it’s the truth we ALL need to hear. You made the decision to be where you are right now. Yes... YOU. You made the decision to open up Facebook today. You made the decision to wake up and live the exact life you’re living… whether that’s broke, rich, struggling, winning, or “just getting by.” Every single part of your reality? You chose it! The job you go to… whether it’s clocking in for someone else, grinding through a 9–5, or building your own business... YOU made that decision. The house you live in? You made that decision. The car you drive? You made that decision. Your daily habits? Your income? Your mindset? Your results? Your decisions created all of it. Now here’s the part most people miss: You are ONE decision away from changing your entire life. Not 10 decisions. Not a whole life makeover. Just ONE. But nobody else can make it for you. Not your boss. Not your partner. Not your friends. Not your past. Not your excuses. YOU. So the real question is… ... Are you going to keep choosing the life you have? Or are you finally ready to choose the life you WANT? Your future is waiting for the decision you make TODAY. Let’s go!

They’re Just Confused
Most of the people I know who are struggling in business aren’t lazy. They’re just confused. They’ve been told to ‘find their avatar’ and ‘speak to who they used to be.’ But no one’s teaching them what that actually means. You want to grow? You need clarity. You need steps. You need someone who tells you the truth not just drops buzzwords. If you’re tired of vague advice, let’s talk. I’ll tell you exactly how I’m building this step by step.
