Bio: Started my fitness journey in my 30s as a runner, then bought a bike. Did triathlon for a bit. Now just cycle. I want to get as fit as possible!

Bio: I’m 58 and I started road cycling in 2021. It helped me losing weight and improving my health. I’m a bit stuck, so looking forward to go to next level
