Terminated a couple agents last week and now we’re missing 30-40 calls a day from people who saw our ad about final expense and called in to get help. I’m open to negotiate a good split or offer with anyone who can take some calls and get them signed on a policy. Our close rate is 30-50% and CPA is $74 across the whole agency.
