And to give us a shared foundation, I want to outline the core Leadership Framework I’ll be teaching and sharing with you here: The Leadership Framework 1️⃣ Self Leadership If you can’t lead yourself, you’ll struggle to lead anyone else. - Developing self-awareness - Building habits & discipline - Staying true to your values and commitments 2️⃣ Team Leadership How to earn trust and influence so people want to follow you. - Casting vision - Listening deeply - Building accountability & ownership in others 3️⃣ Systems Leadership Great leaders don’t just drive results personally — they create systems so results are repeatable. - Clarity of process - Scaling influence through structure - Freeing up your time to invest back into your people The Advanced Leadership Playbook Once you have the foundation, here’s where leadership goes deeper. This is where you stop being just a “manager of tasks” and start becoming a multiplier of leaders. This framework is 🔥 @Blake Peay!! Right now, I feel like I’m strongest in self leadership because I’ve been focused on building habits and staying aligned with my values. Where I need the most growth is definitely in systems leadership. I know I need to create clearer processes so things don’t fall apart when I’m not directly involved. Excited to learn from what you’ll be sharing!

Hi everyone, I’m Andi Vega. I’m married with two kids, and this is actually my third career. I spent 17 years as a lawyer and 13 as a social worker, and today I work as a co-parenting strategist. I help parents navigate conflict and find calmer, more strategic ways forward. One leadership book I always return to is Leaders Eat Last by Simon Sinek. It reminds me that true leadership begins with service!!

@Blake Peay thanks for starting this space! I love that your passion is developing people. I feel the same. It’s Your Ship is such a solid choice, I took a lot from that book about ownership and accountability.
