Why would investors want to work with you
I want to answer some of the questions for me focused on talking to investors and raising capital and how you can frame your talk with investors. People I connect with - For me I think I will connect best with single family investors. I am one myself and I understand how it is a struggle and how multi family can be a solution to consolidate their investments. Also, technology workers and consultants. I worked at a company called Avanade that is a joint venture of Accenture and Microsoft, my time there I believe 7 years I worked on teams with technology workers. I think they will be a hard group to get to invest , as they are very cautious and analytical but I believe once they invest they will be low maintenance and mainly want to see the reports and email updates. How to separate myself from the competition - I can speak about how I begin in single family and working on investing in multi family. I believe I can connect differently knowing the struggles of investing. Track record - I will work on connecting with experienced investors like Brian and Steven to use their track record for credibility. My goal is to add value to General Partners to strengthen our relationship. Building Trust - I think a huge way I can build trust is to stay in the game. Years of promoting , speaking and teaching real estate over time will help for me to build trust.

You already identified something important here. Investors want to work with people they trust, relate to, and believe will stay consistent over time.
Simplify
Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler - Albert Einstein. Thanksgiving is over, but the holiday season has just begun. Everyone has a million things on their to-do list, and the thought of another year passing. 2026 is on the horizon, and time has been moving so fast it'll seem 2026 is just a couple of days away. To make the most out of today and take advantage of the month in December, simplify everything. A way that works for me is that I focus on the top three most important tasks. Nothing else. I get the three most important tasks, work on them one at a time with no multitasking.

When life feels like it’s speeding up, the instinct is to speed up with it, you know pile more on, push harder, overcommit. But the truth is, clarity doesn’t come from doing more. It comes from narrowing the lens. Thank you for the reminder @Ken Frank!!

The Importance of Ownership in Real Estate
Money is important. Nothing else can be used to easily purchase shelter, clothes, and heat. And last I checked in America, you can't pay your rent or mortgage with anything but Money. You need it to eat and you need it to have somewhere to live. Real Estate ownership gives you the chance to add to your wealth every month. Your in Real estate or someone in your household is in real estate. Everyone unless your homeless is Paying rent , paying mortgage or they positioned themselves to receive rent payments and mortgage payments. From Tenant To Landlord to Freedom.

Exactly. Whether you own or rent, you’re already in real estate, it’s just a matter of which side of the table you’re on.
