Prayer for this Week✝️💕
God, Thank You for the gift of today. Thank You for breath in my lungs, ideas in my mind, and purpose in my heart—even when I forget it’s there. I choose gratitude over frustration. I release comparison, pressure, and the lie that I’ve “run out” of creativity. Nothing You placed inside me is empty, wasted, or expired. Renew my mind. Refresh my creativity. Let fresh ideas flow without striving, guilt, or burnout. Help me create from rest, not rush. From obedience, not obligation. From joy, not fear. I trust that You are my source— and sources don’t run dry. Amen. 🙏✨

@Lorena Akins thank you so much. I’m sorry about the job loss because that can really shake things up emotionally and financially, but I also think moments like that can open doors we may not have walked through otherwise. Wishing you so much success on your journey too.
Sunday = Rest. Family. Replenish.
Sunday isn’t for grinding—it’s for grace. We rest our bodies, reconnect with our people, and refill what the week poured out. Put the to-do list down. Pick peace up. Let God do the heavy lifting today. Because Monday will come whether you rush it or not— but rested hits different. 😌 What does Sunday replenishment look like for you?

For me, a slow morning, a little laughter, and doing less on purpose!
What God Says About You (When Your Mind Tries to Argue Otherwise)💜
On the days you feel tired, overlooked, or questioning your purpose—God isn’t confused about you. Not even a little. Here’s what He says: ✨ You are chosen “You did not choose Me, but I chose you…” — John 15:16 ✨ You are fearfully and wonderfully made Psalm 139:14 (yes, even on messy-bun, cold-coffee days) ✨ You are called for a purpose “For we are God’s workmanship…” — Ephesians 2:10 ✨ You are strong (even when you feel weak) “My grace is sufficient for you…” — 2 Corinthians 12:9 ✨ You are loved—fully and unconditionally Romans 8:38–39 (nothing disqualifies you, not even your doubts) God doesn’t define you by your burnout, your bank account, or your past mistakes. He defines you by who He created you to be. Reflection Question: Which truth about yourself do you need to start believing today instead of tomorrow? 💜 Reminder: If God said it about you, you don’t need a second opinion.

@Krystale Janel amen! We rebuke it, replace it, and keep moving!!
Kendrick Lamar said it best : They Are Not Like Us.
Not louder. Not rushed. Not shaken. We don’t chase trends—we follow truth. We don’t move on pressure—we move on purpose. We don’t panic—we pray. Bible Verse: “The person without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, but considers them foolishness.” — 1 Corinthians 2:14 Reflection: It’s okay if they don’t understand your choices. You weren’t called to be explained—you were called to be obedient. When God leads you differently, it can feel isolating, but it’s actually protection. Not everyone can go where you’re going. Not everyone can carry what you’re carrying. How can I honor God’s calling today, even if it looks strange to the world? So stop shrinking to make others comfortable. Stay rooted. Stay obedient. Stay faithful. Different doesn’t mean wrong—it means set apart.

Obedience over approval. Every time.
Prayer for 2026 for FFU students
Father God, We thank You for carrying us through another year—every lesson, every stretch, every victory, and even the moments that tried us. As we step into this new year, we don’t rush ahead without You. We pause, we align, and we invite You to lead. Lord, I pray over every student in this community. Renew their minds. Restore their strength. Rekindle their faith. Let clarity replace confusion, courage replace fear, and obedience replace hesitation. Where there was burnout, breathe fresh fire. Where there was doubt, speak divine confidence. This year, we declare focus over distractions, discipline over delay, and faith over fear. We refuse to settle for survival when You’ve called us to Kingdom impact. Order our steps. Sharpen our discernment. Open doors no man can shut and close every door that looks good but isn’t God. May this be the year we walk boldly in our assignments, steward our gifts well, and see tangible fruit from seeds planted in faith. Not by our own strength—but by Your Spirit. We commit this year, this community, and every dream back to You. Do exceedingly and abundantly above all we could ask or imagine. In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏✨
