Hi friends
So stoked to see this group forming in here, I know each of you are amazing at what you do and I hope you’ll take a moment to introduce yourself! I know a few of you have met, but I’d love if you could tell us about how you think of yourself as a healer (or not if that’s new) and if you have any current goals related to your work. Also where are you in the world or in your journey? More stuff will be coming soon, we’re just getting started. Thanks again for being here 🫶

Hi Crowe! Thanks for sharing, I'm glad you're here :)
Welcome to Queer Healers!
If you're queer or queer adjacent and your work involves holding space, creating change, or supporting people through difficulty — you're a healer. That means therapists, bodyworkers, somatic practitioners, social workers, artists, non-profit workers, community leaders, medical professionals, and anyone doing work to improve the lives of others. If that's you, you belong here. Here's what I know about you: You're brilliant at your work. You've invested years — maybe decades — in training, in practice, in showing up for the people you serve. You understand nuance, you hold complexity, you do work that actually changes lives. But the world has changed and tech moves faster than any training program anticipated. You likely didn't learn a lot about how to find clients, build a sustainable practice that honors your energy, how to show up online without losing your soul or falling prey to predatory coaching and marketing programs. You've been figuring it out alone, and that's exhausting. That's exactly why this community exists. What we're building: This is a space where queer practitioners of all kinds support each other in life, community and business. That includes digital literacy — understanding the tools shaping our world right now, including AI — so you can use them (or not) on your terms without losing what makes your work irreplaceable. At the very least it's important to know how things work. Because you are not replaceable. Your presence, your nuance, your lived experience — that's exactly what people need. But they have to be able to find you first. They need to hear your message, your reflections, and your wisdom. And right now we need each other more than ever and to remember that we don't have to go it alone. To get started: Drop a comment and a pic below and introduce yourself! Let us know who you are, what kind of work you do, something you're hoping to get from this community, and tell us about your animals (pretty please). Can't wait to meet you. 🌿
