👋Introductions
Hi everyone! I’m Anciline Jose, an embroidery artist based in Singapore. I’m passionate about building creative communities for people who love arts and crafts. With a background in business management, I also support creatives who want to turn their passion into a purpose-led or passion-led business—whether that’s through guidance, mindset, or practical support. I’m new here on Skool and still figuring out how the platform works, but I’d love to build a global community of people who enjoy creativity, want to learn arts and crafts, and use them as a way to relieve stress and slow down. I’d really appreciate your opinions, ideas, and suggestions on how to make this community meaningful and supportive. Looking forward to connecting and learning together 🤍

@Faderera Adesina Thank you so much 🤍 That truly means a lot. I really believe creativity has the power to help us slow down, heal, and grow—both personally and professionally. Excited to connect, learn, and create together

@Hicham Char Honestly, that sounds perfect 🧵🤍 A weekly stitch & chat feels so aligned with slowing down and creating together. Love that Skool’s calendar makes it easy too — definitely something I’d love to explore , Thank you so much for this wonderful idea
Lesson #5: Why I Give Thanks for 60 Seconds Every Day 📚
Every single day, I spend 60 seconds giving thanks. That's it. One minute. And here's what I've noticed: by the end, I'm never out of things to be grateful for. I start with the obvious stuff; my family, my health, my bed, my pets. But then it goes deeper. The people in this community. The opportunities I have today. The fact that I woke up with a roof over my head and food in the fridge. Every single time the 60 seconds is up, I find myself thinking of more. 📕 Here's why this matters: Studies show that people who practice daily gratitude experience: - 25% increase in happiness levels - Better sleep quality - Stronger immune systems - Improved relationships - Lower stress and anxiety Gratitude isn't just a feel good practice. It shifts our perspectives. It enhances our lives. Try this for the next 7 days: 1. Every day you wake up. Set a timer for 60 seconds. 2. Think of everything you're grateful for. 3. Speak them outloud. Don't stop until the timer goes off. You'll be surprised how much you have. What's one thing you're grateful for today? Drop it below. 👇 If someone comments and you're thankful for that person, let them know too.
