Day 6: The Real Cost 1. Picture yourself five years from now, having changed nothing. What does your life look like? I would feel deeply disappointed because I would know that I hadn't achieved the success I wanted for myself. To me, success isn't just about money or business. It's about having a healthy, fun, and loving relationship with my children and my husband. It's about being present, laughing together, making memories, and enjoying life as a family. I would also feel disappointed if my health remained unchanged because I want to feel strong, healthy, energetic, and confident in myself. I don't want to look back five years from now and realise that I kept putting my own goals aside instead of taking action. 2. What is it costing you to stay the same? Staying the same is costing me time, confidence, peace of mind, and opportunities to grow into the woman I know I can become. It's costing me the opportunity to build something of my own, become more financially independent, and feel proud of what I am creating. It's also costing me the chance to become healthier, stronger, and more disciplined. Most importantly, if I continue believing the same limiting beliefs about myself, I risk allowing fear, doubt, and procrastination to hold me back from the life I truly want. I don't want to keep waiting for the perfect moment or questioning whether I am capable enough. I want to take responsibility for my choices and start becoming the woman I know I can be. 3. Who else pays the price alongside you, and are you willing to keep charging them? My husband and, especially, my children pay the price alongside me. When I allow my limiting beliefs, fears, and insecurities to control my decisions, it doesn't only affect me. It can affect the atmosphere in our home, the way I show up for my family, and the example I set for my children. I want my girls to grow up seeing a mother who is willing to learn, grow, take risks, and pursue her dreams without sacrificing her family.
