Yesterday I allowed myself to receive. Not as the one guiding… not as the one holding space… but simply as someone who needed to be held. And I want to say this clearly— Even healers need restoration. There is a difference between carrying… and restoring. Many of us have been in roles where we are the ones who: hold others together, support, nurture, guide… but rarely pause long enough to ask— where do I go to lay this down? 🌺 This space was created for that.
