Certainty, because I want to be able to achieve my goals with the help of my income. Growth, because I want to achieve the highest and best performing version of myself. I can only achieve this by developing myself.
Exercise: Lifestyle & expenses
Write down how your optimal life looks like and the expenses breakdown. This should create urgency for you to go ahead and actually get there. Also, it'll wake you up to how expensive the world really is becoming right now...

I am aiming for a lifestyle where I can move to wherever I want and when I want. I want my people to never come short on things in life. I want freedom so I can be fully focussed on my health, religion and relationships. To do this I need to earn atleast 20k+ a month, I am going to do this step by step so I am aiming to 10k+ a month. This is also the way to retire my parents.
Exercise: Goal setting
Please write out and comment the following: 1. Destination/vision 2. Current location/situation 3. Action-based goal = Reward ≠ Consequence

1. Destination/vision: I am a healthy, skilled and wise person, who has made lots of great memories by travelling and spending time with his family. I don't have to think about money ever again and I can take care of my family/friends and people in need. 2. Current location/situation: I am currently living at my parents house in the Netherlands. I work 5 days at a disability care institution. I am already Healthy, skilled and wise, but to reach my full potential I have to get more skilled, more healthier and even more wise. 1. Action-based goal : Complete the course and do roleplays with other people in this community within 2 weeks. I am going to write down what I am going to do the night before every day, so I am more productive and it is more clear for me. 2. Reward: I get more done, earn more money and work more fluently. 3. Consequence: Not being able to achieve freedom.
Exercise: Effort spectrum
What is a product/idea you didn't buy because: 1. It sounded too good to be true. 2. It sounded too difficult.

1. When I was a kid there was a scammer selling the newest Iphone for like $200 on marketplace, I thought it was too good to be true so I passed that offer. 2. Two years ago, I hopped on a call with a cryptotrading coach. He explained me things about crypto and what I could expect when I accepted his offer. The way he explained everything made me less interested, because I thought it would be way too difficult.
Exercise: Action threshold
What is your action threshold? Why do you think so? What do you think about this whole concept?

My action threshold is between medium and low, because I know I only buy things when I am convinced I need them. For example, I was in a situation with a friend where we were at a butchery, and the meat they sell there is alot more pricey compared with other places where they sell meat. So I had a small discussion with him about why I pay that amount of money for this meat. I told him that this meat is better quality and thats why I eat it. Not only does it make me feel good because of the healthy benefits for your body, but knowing that I paid more for higher quality food gets me closer to becoming the person that I want to be; the person that is willing to invest in himself.
