Most HighLevel agencies hit the same wall eventually. GHL handles funnels, automations, and client dashboards well until a client asks for something GHL doesn't natively support. A custom integration. A feature that needs real backend logic. A tool that has to talk to three different APIs at once. At that point, the agency owner has three options: tell the client no, spend weeks looking for a developer who understands both GHL and custom code, or try to duct-tape a workaround that breaks in three months. This is usually the exact moment agencies either plateau or find a way to scale past "pure GHL" work. I work with HMO System we build white-label dev/integration work specifically for agencies running into this wall, so the agency stays the face of the project and we just handle the technical lift behind the scenes. Not pitching, just flagging in case this is a familiar problem here happy to talk through it if useful. Curious how many of you have had a client ask for something GHL just couldn't do out of the box? What did you end up doing?
