Question about screening
Hey guys, ive managed to be getting an influx of resumes for the jobs i have, but its taking me a lot of time and energy to screen them. ive tried a few different platforms, but do you guys use anything?

Itโs not that hard. I targeted companies with hiring posts older than 30+ days and reached out to the TA heads on LinkedIn. Did this with an Australia-based recruitment agency and a Singapore company. ~5% replied. Just make sure your LinkedIn looks premium and credible.
