0 to A1 Lesson 12: 🧍‍♂️ mein Bruder (your brother)
Alright, slowly it is now time to move beyond talking about ourselves, and the topic to start with that is family. In this lesson I also introduce grammatical genders in German. This is a topic that causes headaches to many German students, but if you make sure to learn it correctly from the start it will all be much easier later on. 📝 After you are done with this lesson, look up any random word in German and also find its gender. The comment with der/die/das ________ below this post (using the correct gender) I'm curious what words you will be looking up 😄

0 to A1 Lesson 11: 😌 Wie geht es dir? (how are you?)
This is another crucial lesson because you learn to ask how someone is doing and how to answer this question. German speakers use this all the time and even though it is not hard, the pattern is a bit different from other languages, which leads many students (even advanced ones) make mistakes here. 📝 After you are done with the lesson, write a comment to answer the question: "Wie geht es dir?"

0 to A1 Lesson 10: 📇 Adresse (address)
With lesson 10 we complete Module 1 of this course. In this lesson you learn important vocabularies related to addresses in 🇩🇪 Germany, 🇦🇹 Austria, and 🇨🇭 Switzerland and how they work. This knowledge is very handy when you need to fill in any German form. 📝 When you are done with this lesson, look up any place you want to visit in Germany and post the address as a comment below. I'm looking forward to learn about your interests 😊

0 to A1 Lesson 9: 🎩 Sie (you (formal))
German formal language is not used as much as it once was, but it is still a crucial skill to master to communicate correctly in many everyday situations. Getting started with that is what this lesson is about. 📝 After you finished the lesson, write a comment with the answer to the following question: "Guten Tag, wie heißen Sie?"

0 to A1 Lesson 8: 👫 sie und er (she and he)
So far we talked a lot about 'ich' (I) and 'du' (you), but sometimes we also want to talk about other people and that's exactly what we start looking at in this lesson. Enjoy 😊 📝 Once you are done with this lesson comment with 'Mein Freund heißt ___.' 'Er spricht ___' or 'Sie spricht ___.'
