@Christel Hughes hi Christel I was just making a reflection about detoxifying the body. Do you see this proces 1:1 , I mean by that if for you cleansing on physical level is equal necessary then on soullevel( information level) or you believe you can clean and detoxify without working in the body. For me its a yin yang exercise, we need both. I meet people doing a lot of spiritual work trying to heal only from soullevel/ energy without bodywork.
