Today!
Scripture ✅This is the day the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it!" Nourish ✅Still working on practicing gratitude with my meals! Workout (morning lymphatic routine and hiit) ✅ 100oz Water ✅ Act of grace ✅Reflect and record ✅A lot of "stuff" has happened today and was able to use God, surrender, and discuss spiritual warfare among other things. God is using His angels and are protecting us!
Today!
1️⃣ Faith First – Read and reflect on one Bible verse. Let God speak first. 2️⃣ Move Your Temple – lymphatic morning routine, Hiit, PT. 3️⃣ Nourish With Intention – Thank You, Jesus!. 4️⃣ Hydrate – 100 oz 5️⃣ Act of Grace – Sent a surprise gift to someone who probably won't spoil herself. 6️⃣ Reflect + Record – • How did I honor God today? Gratitude • What grace do I need for tomorrow? Remain in gratitude
Day 9 — Whole and Well 💛
Scripture ✅ 3 John 1:2 — “Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well.” Nourish ✅ Workout (HIIT + Stretching) ✅ 1 gal of water ✅ Act of grace ✅ Reflect and record ✅ Today’s reminder: God’s desire is for us to be well — body, mind, and soul. 🌿 Health isn’t just about how we look or perform, it’s about walking in balance — feeding our bodies with good food, our minds with truth, and our souls with His Word. Let’s keep pursuing wellness with purpose, discipline, and grace — inside and out. 💪✨ #Day9 #75DaysofGraceAndGrit #FaithAndWellness

Hi There! I am so sorry that I haven't checked in the last few days. I am still on track, but was feeling overwhelmed by the need to post daily! Balance!
Words Matter
🍯 Our words carry power — they can either nourish or drain, heal or harm. Just like we choose what we feed our bodies, we must also choose what we feed our minds and hearts. The right words — kind, uplifting, and full of grace — bring healing not just emotionally, but even physically. The Bible reminds us that speaking life over ourselves and others has a real impact. Negative self-talk, comparison, and criticism can be as toxic as unhealthy habits. But when we speak truth, gratitude, and encouragement, it strengthens us from the inside out. Let your words today — toward yourself, your body, and the people around you — be sweet and healing. Speak with grace, even when it’s hard. Because what flows from your mouth reflects what’s in your heart… and a heart rooted in Christ brings life to everything it touches. 💛 #FaithAndWellness #DailyGrace #SpiritualWellness #FaithBasedFitness

FACTS!
Day 6
1️⃣ Faith First – Read and reflect on one Bible verse, "This is the day the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it!" (our conference wants us to say, "This is going to be a great day!" so I chose this verse yesterday and today. 2️⃣ Move Your Temple – 45 minutes of intentional movement (lymphatic flow, yoga, PT) 3️⃣ Nourish With Intention – I want to focus on gratitude and prayer around meal times 4️⃣ Hydrate – 100 oz. 5️⃣ Act of Grace – Took a break to have a good chat with my mom and son 6️⃣ Reflect + Record – • How did I honor God today? Reminding myself that my body is a temple of His Spirit • What grace do I need for tomorrow? Surrender as I return to my full-time job, let Him lead in uncertainty reminding myself that He has already prepared the way. He has never disappointed with "what's next?" in life!
