Hi Ladies, gearing up for a family vacation. Thinking it might be good to dose up on TA1 before we go. Should you start taking it like a week before travel....maybe longer? I'm just not very familiar with this one. Thanks!

I just received my first vial of Lipo-c. As I was reading different sources, I kept coming across "Do not refrigerate. It will crystalize and be ruined." So it's currently sitting in a cupboard. Now I just read in a pretty popular skool group that once it's opened, it needs to be refrigerated but wouldn't it still crystalize if that's a thing? Now I don't even want to open it until I can figure out how to not ruin it! 🤷 Thanks.
