🌿 The Quiet Magic of Pregnancy 🌿
Pregnancy isn’t just about growing a baby—it’s also about growing a bond. Whether it’s those first flutters, quiet moments with your hand on your belly, or the dreams you have for your little one… there's a deep connection unfolding between you and your child, even now. 💬 I'd love to hear from you: What has been the most beautiful or surprising moment of connection you’ve felt during pregnancy?Or if you're early in your journey, what kind of connection are you hoping to build with your baby before birth? There’s no right answer—just a space to reflect, share, and be witnessed in this incredible experience. 💫

my favorite moments were in prenatal yoga, feeling them move during savasana. Or feeling them in response to music or sound. I also had some dreams of their births which is so cool. It gets harder to make those moments happen with more kids added so I used the middle of night insomnia to connect with baby too. Also had conversations with baby about our birth plan. Before I could feel them, having an app that tells you what they look like and their development helps to imagine. And of course every midwife appointment where you get to listen to the heartbeat is magical. I could almost be convinced to have another! I miss those kicks sometimes. I truly loved growing my babies. 🥹

Do you need post partum moms or is this mostly for pregnant folks?
Birth advice
If you've given birth before, what advice would you share to expecting mothers from your experience? My advice~assign someone to make or order you a hot and nutritious meal in the immediate postpartum period. You will not know you are famished until you are asked or brought food. I had warm Thai curry both times after giving birth. They were the best meals of my life.

Enjoy the last few weeks and days and those kicks because you will miss having baby all to yourself so to speak. It’s a weird and huge and wonderful transition - one minute you are pregnant and the next you are not and it’s all a whirlwind so prepare yourself mentally and emotionally via journaling or photos and videos.
Writing prompt
Hey community of women who I adore! I am a lover of journalling. It helps me clear my mind out. I thought I would share a writing prompt for you to run with today. Try to either write with pen and paper, jot it in your phone, or voice memo it. The prompt is...What I really want for my birth and/or postpartum is........ Fill in the blank. Claim what you want. Share what you want. Notice if any shame or attempt to dim it occurs. Here for you + this. Let's make it happen.

I got it all for my birth thanks to Meaghan’s unwavering belief in me (❤️❤️)- for post partum, I want to feel nourished, seen, taken care of and to honor this body that grew and birthed 6 babies
