DAY 1 — INVENTORY IT Post three things your life has taught you. DAY 2 — CLAIM IT Choose the ONE topic you want people to know you for. DAY 3 — POSITION IT Post your sentence: "I help ___ do ___ by sharing ___." DAY 4 — CREATE IT Record one 30–60 second video teaching something you know. DAY 5 — PUBLISH IT Post the video. Don't wait until you're comfortable. Publish your experience

Now we reach the part many people don't realize. You don't necessarily need millions of followers to monetize experience. You need: the right experience + the right audience + the right offer. Your experience can potentially become: UGC — Create content for brands. Brand Partnerships — Promote products that genuinely fit your audience. Affiliate Marketing — Recommend products you already use and trust. Digital Products — Guides, templates, checklists, ebooks. Courses — Teach what you've mastered. Coaching or Consulting — Help people personally. Speaking — Turn your expertise into presentations. YouTube Revenue — Build a content library that can eventually generate advertising revenue. Being knowledgeable isn't enough. People need to remember what you're knowledgeable about. That's branding. Your goal is for someone to see your name and immediately think: "Oh, that's the person who talks about ______." You need four things: Your Experience What do you know? Your Audience Who needs it? Your Promise What can you help them accomplish? Your Perspective Why should they listen to you? Your perspective is particularly important for Senior Influence members. Thousands of people can explain budgeting. But nobody else has: your experiences + your personality + your mistakes + your perspective + your stories. That's your differentiation. Here's where people tend to overcomplicate things. You don't need 365 completely different ideas. Your experience becomes the content. I recommend beginning with five Experience Content Buckets. 1. What I Know Teach something. "3 Things I Learned After 20 Years in Management" 2. What I Wish I Knew Share hindsight. "What I Wish Someone Had Told Me Before I Retired" 3. What I Got Wrong Mistakes create highly relatable content. "The Biggest Money Mistake I Made in My 40s" 4. What I Would Do Today Experience meets current circumstances. "If I Had to Start My Career Again, I'd Do This" 5. What I Want the Next Generation to Know This is where wisdom becomes legacy. "5 Things I Wish Every 30-Year-Old Understood" Now your years become a content library rather than something you're trying to hide. Skool Assignment: Your First 10 Videos Create two ideas for each of the five buckets. Don't film yet. Just create the titles. By the end of this assignment, you have your first 10 pieces of content.
