Hi everyone!
Hi everyone, I just realised we can post here! woo hoo! I have followed Jahan since my first year. I’m now a final year student and legal tech nerd working in creating systems that make law fun and accessible with online legal technology. You can find me all over linkedin, ranting.. I mean ‘advocating’ usually on the topics of inclusion and divserity in law, particularly for neurodivergent lawyers… because soon I will be one. 🥰 Jahan is such an inspiration. It’s nice to see people benefitting from knowledge gained by legal influencers. Sharing knowlegde can lower barriers that block access to justice for some so doing so plays a huge role in a fairer system. Anyway great to be here!

@Jahan Kalantar thanks ☺️ 🙏 I was just writing up your insta post and remembering the Jahan memes we have to get us through law school. When I can find it I’ll send it through! I think you’ll love it.

I just saw this and though OMG I’d love to see Jahan rip into which jurisdiction the charges for the flashing will occur in haha https://www.facebook.com/share/p/zutdLAhBvsuS4TqF/
Then there was 5
Proud to announce we have our first 5 podcast episodes up! There are many cool things about to be launched. I am back on deck and keen to share. Are there anything the community wants a bit more off? Thanks, Jahan

We discussed this in med law. Such a sad yet interesting argument. Where do we draw the line? The precedent isn’t consistent either. Check out this easier case where mercy killing was accepted. https://www.theage.com.au/national/victoria/court-shows-mercy-in-attempted-murder-case-20130225-2f1fk.html

@Nick Jordan I guess you would want to have a decent amount of evidence that is what she wanted to even attempt to argue it as a mercy killing, especially given that we have the Voluntary Assisted Dying Act in force in most states now.
