✨ If You’ve Ever Felt Too Old, Too Late, or Not Enough This Is For You.
I started watching the show Younger on Netflix the other day… and wow. It hit me harder than I expected. Because in 2022, that was me losing two jobs back-to-back, not because I wasn’t skilled or educated… but because I “wasn’t young enough” for the role. And I wish I could say that was the end of it, but you know how the story goes.Interview after interview… and still no job. Not young enough. Not trendy enough. Not the “look” they were hoping for. Meanwhile, I had an education, a decade of experience as a stay-at-home mom, and more determination than half the people in that room. But here’s the thing no one talks about: 👉 If you’re not 25 with no kids and a perfect résumé, the world treats you like you’re expired. 👉 If you took time to raise babies, suddenly your career gap becomes a flaw. 👉 If you’re picky about what job you want now, you’re judged for that too. 👉 And if you’re “starting over,” people whisper like something must be wrong with you. I know I’m not the only one who’s lived this. Some women had the chance to continue their careers uninterrupted daycare, stable hours, promotions, 20 years in the same field. And good for them. Truly. But for many of us? Life didn’t look like that. We stayed home. We raised our kids.We sacrificed years of earning, learning, and being valued in the workplace. And then when we finally try to get back out there… we’re met with judgment, rejection, and paychecks that don’t even cover the bills. Some of you are working fast-food jobs just to make something work. Some of you are piecing together part-time hours. Some of you are crying in the car between shifts. Some of you feel so defeated you don’t even know what direction to move in anymore. And I’m not writing this to to push you down. I’m writing this because I see you because I was you. I’ve lived the humiliation. I’ve lived the “what’s wrong with me?” spiral. I’ve lived the fear of starting over at an age where everyone else seems to be coasting into retirement.

Beautiful. Truth. Life doesn’t stop to reward us — and too often, we women don’t either.
Patterns I’m Seeing as We Look Toward 2026
After talking with about 30 women this week — inside my communities and outside of them — I started noticing the same things being said over and over again. Different businesses. Different stages. Very similar thoughts. Here’s what I kept hearing, almost word for word: “I have no clue when it comes to marketing.” “I feel like I’m already doing all of this… but I don’t see any results.” “I want to grow my community, keep people engaged, and actually get results — but consistency is hard.” “I’m building things, but nothing feels connected.” “I want steady, qualified clients without posting mindlessly every day.” “I know I need systems, but the tech feels overwhelming.” “My emails go out, but they don’t make sales.” “I want to grow my audience first… then rebuild things properly.” “I want a business that works with my life — not one that drains it.” What stood out to me wasn’t a lack of ideas or ambition. It was that so many women are trying to solve one piece at a time, hoping that this funnel, that platform, or one more tweak will finally make everything click. So here’s what I’m seeing — and gently recommending — across the board: This isn’t about finding 20 different solutions. And it’s not about one magic thing that suddenly fixes everything. Marketing alone won’t solve it. Funnels alone won’t solve it Email alone won’t solve it AI alone won’t solve it. What actually works is building an integrated ecosystem — where your offer is clear, your message is consistent, your visibility feeds your list, your systems support conversion, and your business supports your life. If you’re heading into 2026 with similar thoughts, you’re not behind. You’re just ready. I’ve been listening.I’m hearing these patterns clearly. And I know you’re not the only one feeling this way. This post isn’t about telling you what you should do next. I’m genuinely curious: Who else is feeling this right now? And what are you doing — or thinking about doing — to help solve for it?

Celebrating a BIG Win
You've all heard that little jingle that originally came from MTV? "On the cover of the Rolling Stones" ? Well, I'm a professional artist as some of you may not know and I'm often featured in Art Journaling magazine... well I made it!!! I'll be on the cover of the January 2026 Winter issue COVER! Woot woot, so I'm singing that little jingle a lot these days, cuz as an artist that's what this means. :) I couldn't think of any better community than to share it with all of you! and my own community of course. :)
