UKPW Canterbury tomorrow
Any students planning on coming down to UKPW Canterbury tomorrow? I'm just planning things out now and want to get a heads up as this is one of our big tentpole shows so that opportunity is evenly distributed.

Camcorder raincovers
Looking for advice, I lost one of my camcorders to the elements (sideways rain) this weekend and curious to know what others are doing with waterproofing? I've seen the Forest Brave camera jackets and have one on order to test but curious for recommendations. Funeral service for the camera will be scheduled for this weekend.

yeah when I was filming at Brands Hatch i saw a few ENG guys using this type of cover, but then relying on black bin bags to cover the camera further ... which kind of gave me my answer.
New to the group
Hi everyone! I've only recently joined this group and wanted to introduce myself. I'm Robbi and I've been filming wrestling as a side hustle under Rock Solid Media since 2019. I've been reading up on Adam's courses and have learned a few things from him, with some courses having re-enforced what I already do when filming. I'd love to get to know you all, hopefully get some hits and pointers and you never know, get to work with some of you in the future also.

DTap charging
Im looking for a good alternative to my single plug and cable for charging DTap batteries? I have four batteries, im curious is anyone has managed to crack a charging dock or how to charge mutiple at once without buying more individual chargers

Yes you are right they are v lock batteries, I charge them via the dtap for reasons: is the cable that came with them

Hippy Chick
Legend has it that these were used by some camera operators to save their arms and backs. Thoughts?

Oh wow, this is still a thing! I fell for this trap in the early 00s to make it work you need to put a monopod underneath and then play the game of "Don't slip and stab myself"... you lose that game after about an hour :D

@Adam Carrel LOL, if it helps, I had great success in buying a couple of Indian Mugdars and waving them around, they are really good at strengthening and lengthening soulders, chest back and core without adding bulk. Been doing them for a year and all I no longer end shows needing to lie or pull my shoulder blade out from my spine.
