Do u really thing ur giving it ur all?
There have and always been a feeling a way where whenever I do my best or just follow my routine a whisper always arrives saying u can do more,ur wasting ur life,do more, achieve more, maybe it's obsession or maybe it's the desire to become strong but in the end men want everything but doesn't puts effort to achieving it

@Silver Surfer I'd say "your all" would mean the maximum effort possible within reasonable constraints of the human mental and physical well-being. So instead of absolute maximum locking in, the question is more "are you giving it all you can without srsly fucking urself up". The simple answer is that almost all people aren't.
My girlfriend is a muslim
A long time ago a was muslim too but after a while i came into a conclusion that this religion is no where near the truth, so became an atheist, i wanted to tell my muslim gf that iam an atheist and she gotta accept me as iam but iam afraid that she'll leave me and honestly, she treat me right and iam afraid that I'll never be able to experience that again, its heavy to hide this side of me but its even heavier thinking that she will leave me whenever i tell her that, i know its the right thing to tell her but i just can't, i don't know why Its just a cycle of endless pain

Is obsession the best way to achieve success?
SPOILERS FOR "WHIPLASH", IF YOU HAVEN'T WATCHED IT GO WATCH IT IT'S A REALLY GOOD MOVIE. In the movie "Whiplash", Andrew Niemann wants to become a legendary drummer. Not just a really good drummer, but one that will go down in history as the best of the best. He wants to become the greatest drummer of all time. To do so, he lets himself basically get consumed by the craft. He obsesses over it, pushing himself to serious mental and physical distress, dedicating his entire body and soul to drumming. He lets every other part of his life just atrophy: he cuts of his girlfriend, he cuts off his family, he cuts off even himself and his well-being! The only thing he left in his life and in his identity was drumming. However, despite how unhealthy that may have sounded, it worked. Really well I may add, it worked so well. In the climax of the movie, Niemann preforms an objectively stunning solo, impressing even his mentor and world-class judges. There's the question: Do you think this type of obsession is the best way to achieve success? Is dedicating your entire being, forfeiting and giving up each and every aspect of you in favor of your goal, the way to truly excel at your craft?

I don't disagree, "obsession" with your craft is more likely to provide you with "success", but the truth of the statement hinges on one's exact definition for "obsession" and similarly "success", so I'm really just speaking generally. I personally think if obsession comes at the expense of your own well-being, given that "success" is an incredibly unlikely phenomenon (i.e professional athlete), then not only is it not the best way to achieve success but its downright shitty strategy. I don't think that level of obsession should really go into anything unless you srsly belive you got a reasonably good shot at it. I guess it just varies, person to person, craft to craft, goal to goal. My opinion is even "obsession" should have its limits. Everything needs a limit rlly. Where you draw the line is what separates you from the next man and also what dictates if you succeed with wellness or succeed with misery, or if you even succeed at all. It's all just a game of cards/dice/whatever you wanna call it, weighing up Pros and Cons and outcomes with unknown probabilities. Shit, it might be the best way, but fuck knows who will put themselves through the extent of obsession required to achieve certain extents of success.

I talk to myself ALL the time, everywhere, out loud. I think out loud too. It helps with articulating thoughts and ideas plus developing them.
Wtf is yall purpose to life
putting God/religion aside, what purpose do u have? Just curious
