Bio: 74 year old overcomer. Carnavore for 6 months now seriously. Once I saw Dr. Chaffee videos I haven't looked back. Overcome!

Bio: I have taught yoga since 2016 and began teaching fitness classes in 1979. I'm excited for this journey and support from my fellow carnivores.

Bio: Diagnosed with all kinds of wonderful things such as hemplegic migraines & thyroid issues along with confusion 🥴 I believe in insulin resistance
