Love the ad! And thinking how I could frame my community for an ad like that.

The only problem with this video is that it makes you rethink your plans. 😅
hey
Hi everyone I have trying to make it in this industry for 3 years but nothing has ever worked so I have decided to go the skool route. I think I have a lot to offer, my niche if you like is multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, mental health so I suppose chronic illness and women's wellness. I envision it being free for a while then maybe a one off payment or monthly payment xx

You need to pick a problem to solve. What problem are you solving and for whom? Are you helping women over 40 with multiple sclerosis get stronger. Or are you helping them plan nutritious meals with 5 ingredients? Or are you helping them plan their days so they stay energised. What is it you do for the person? Then you'll know when you've met your customer/client and they'll recognise your offering.

@Heather Daly I agree that when you have a number of experiences, you want to do everything. I actually started a building a skool community for women over 40 based on work I've done, the kind of women I work with every day. But I watched nearly all of Evelyn's videos last week and I realised that right at this minute that isn't what I want to build. I'm living in a country that scares me, I am worried for my children and I just want to move somewhere where I'll feel safe and I won't worry about my children's safety. And I thought I can't be the only one feeling this way. So I'm building a community for people who are feeling like I feel, so that we can pool our resources to make the right decisions. I'm saying all this to say, focus on what you're drawn to right now. Just think that you are not building a community because you are the expert, you are building a community that you want to be a part of where everyone contributes. Start there. Obviously, it has got to be something that others will be happy to pay to be a part of.

I felt I needed to start with a community around my expertise but I have struggled to get the things ready for the classroom. I have watched nearly all your YouTube videos in a week and so this weekend I am starting a community based around my passion. I have set myself a 72 hour target, to build the scaffolding and to invite at least 3 people.

@Theresa Coffey Can I just say that if you are who I think you are I would pay to join your community because you have an awful lot of skills and experiences that would be useful to someone like me.
Hello from AZ
Where are you from? Care to show off your home location? I'm joining from Phoenix, AZ but posting a pic from Sedona rather than the standard cactus sunset most Arizonans post.
