>>----->QUANTUM SHIFT CHALLENGE<-----<< STEP 1 — SEPARATION OLD SELF: Attached to thoughts, people, environments that are comfortable yet painful. HABIT: Disorganized in my physical life. STORY: That I’ve missed my chance at long lasting success, that I’m too old to still accomplish the things I want to achieve. ENVIRONMENT: Disconnected and isolated. EXCUSE: My mental & physical health. PATTERN: Starting projects, becoming distracted and taking too long to circle back so I lose momentum. IDENTITY: People Pleaser who takes ownership for the bad behavior of others. STEP 2 — INITIATION THRESHOLD: Loss of close allies, being attacked for my mission, isolated and rejected by family & friends. FEAR: That this threshold is never-ending and I won’t have the strength to cross it. UNCOMFORTABLE ACTION: Ending isolation and engaging with trusted community. COMFORT ZONE: Attachment to my old identity, living arrangement, social circle, traditions. Letting go of these things is terrifying. STEP 3 — INTEGRATION NEW SELF: Secure attachment, meaning I know who I am and whether I’m standing alone or with many—I can operate focused and clear. MNDSET: I don’t take things personally, non-reactive to toxic people. I’m able to see circumstances from an objective perspective while being engaged with emotions. ACTION: Confidently without hesitation. Being led by my higher-mind Internal Guidance System as opposed to my dusty mind map. CREATE: From inspired fueled by painful and delightful experiences with the mindset that this creation is first for my own therapy and hopefully to help initiate healing in others. LEAD: Leading with a balance of logic and intuition. Being grounded in the physical with practical steps and actions is important to completing an objective. Using the higher mind as the force that inspires the direction, I guide others to take. The quality of a person isn’t determined by what they do when others are watching. It’s what they do when nobody is. Using integrity & honesty is an essential part of leading others.
