My biggest mistake so far: Chasing the "Sale" instead of the "System." 📉
Looking back at my journey so far, I realized I’ve spent way too much time on the 'pretty' stuff (logos, websites, colors) and almost zero time on the 'logic' (how do I actually attract money consistently?). I’ve decided to scrap my old way of working. I’m moving toward an automated 'attraction' model where the backend does the heavy lifting, and I just focus on high-value tasks. It’s a bit scary to change lanes mid-stream, but I can already feel the 'grind' turning into 'leverage.' I'm currently auditing my workflow. If you were starting over from scratch today, would you focus on organic outreach or building a warm-up system first? I'd love to hear your 'day one' advice.

@Trina Hutchings Oh, thats a nice business for an entrepreneur. I'm a shopify merchant selling clothing accessories. How's your business so far?
The Hardest Part of Business Isn’t Getting Sales… It’s Getting Them Consistently”
One thing I don’t think enough people talk about… A lot of businesses aren’t struggling because they can’t make sales. They’re struggling because the sales are inconsistent. One week feels amazing. The next feels completely dead. And that kind of unpredictability messes with more than just income, it affects confidence, decision making, and momentum too. I’ve noticed many business owners end up stuck in a cycle of constantly trying new things instead of figuring out what’s actually causing the inconsistency. Curious👇 If you run a business/store, what do you think causes inconsistent sales the most?

Stop bragging about "The Grind" and start bragging about "The System." 🛑
"I used to wear my 'hustle' like a badge of honor. 12-hour days, 50 tabs open, responding to every notification instantly. I thought if I just worked harder than everyone else, the money would eventually have to show up. But I was wrong. I was just an amateur with a high work ethic. The biggest breakthrough I’ve had lately is realizing that the 'Experts' aren't actually working harder than us, they just have better Logic:They have a backend that handles the attraction, while I was out here manual-laboring every single lead. I’ve shifted my focus from 'How much can I do today?' to 'How much of what I do today will pay me for the next six months?' If you're feeling exhausted but your bank account isn't reflecting your effort, it’s not because you aren't working hard enough. It’s because you’re running a marathon on a treadmill. You’re moving, but you aren’t going anywhere." What’s one task you do every single day that you suspect might just be 'busy work'? For me, it was cold-DMing without a warm-up system. I’d love to hear what you guys are thinking of cutting out to fo cus on real-growtx.

This is why most people don’t see results
Quick realization I had recently… Trying to figure everything out on your own is actually one of the slowest ways to grow. I used to think I just needed more time, more videos, more information…But honestly, it just kept me stuck in the same place. What started changing things for me was getting guidance and seeing what actually works from someone ahead of me. Still learning, but the difference is real. Curious — What do you think is slowing your progress down the most right now? 👇

April is in the books. May is for the MOVERS.
Happy New Month, everyone! 🥂 I wanted to take a second to just acknowledge the energy in this group. Looking back at April, I know so many of us were grinding behind the scenes, balancing the 9-5, showing up for our families, and pouring our 'extra' hours into our side hustles and freelance dreams. Sometimes it feels like we’re running a marathon in the dark, but those small, daily efforts are exactly what build the life we all admire. This month, I’m challenging myself (and all of you) to double down. If you put in 5 hours a week last month, find a way to make it 10. If you were 'shaking' on your decisions, find the logic to stand firm. The success we’re all chasing isn't a matter of 'if,' it’s a matter of 'when' as long as we don't stop. A huge shoutout to the Admins of this community as well. Honestly, having a space like this to stay focused is half the battle. Thank you for keeping the bar high and providing the roadmap for us to follow! 🙌 Let's make May the month where the 'What Ifs' turn into 'I Did It.' Let’s get some accountability going: What is one goal you didn't quite hit in April that you are 100% committed to crushing by May 31st? Drop it below and let’s support each other! 👇
