12 Steps to Sanity with lots of cursing (advance warning)
I'm sharing this because it's a different approach to my style. A friend shared it with me, and since I thought it was hilarious, I'm sharing it with you. Also, because, despite the curse words, it's right on point. If cursing doesn't bother you, I invite you to compare the two lists. Which one resonates most with you? On the other hand, if you would rather avoid cursing, don't read the image; stick with my list below. 12 Steps to Aligned Sanity 1. Meditate daily, especially if you don't want to. 2. Let go, instead of arguing. 3. Laugh at every opportunity. 4. Release trying to rescue everybody else - focus on yourself. 5. Accept what is and radically embrace it. 6. Think less and BE more 7. Release procrastination and act in alignment 8. Radically embrace life without judgment 9. You are already whole - without anything or anyone else 10. Love yourself and release people-pleasing 11. Release needing the approval of others - approve of yourself 12. Have sex with someone who makes you feel good when you're not having sex. Which one is your favorite - or better yet, which one will you embody fully in the new year?

Been sick since Saturday - 9 days with the flu is not preferred
And I'm starting a new job tomorrow morning. Here's how I'm getting better Instead of "sick" I call it restoring: I've been restoring health for 9 days now. And here are the Guidelights (Amalgams) kinda like affirmations, I'm using: - “My body knows how to recalibrate itself, and it is doing that now.” - “Rest restores me naturally and without effort.” - “My system returns to balance in its own timing.” - “Energy is reorganizing itself in my body right now.” - “I allow my body to complete what it already started.” - “Safety is returning to my body.” - “My breathing guides my system back into rhythm.” - “Nothing is wrong. Something is resolving.”

Day 3: Radically Embracing Energy To Get What You Desire
Have you ever noticed how much of life is spent trying to make things happen? Wanting things to happen? Waiting for things to happen? Doing, pushing, forcing only to end up exhausted, waiting for results that seem to move further away the harder you chase them. Here’s the thing they forgot to teach us in school: You don’t get what you want by chasing. You don’t enjoy health, wealth, inner peace, or love by doing more things. You receive what you’re already energetically aligned with. Everything is energy, not metaphorically, but literally. Everything is energy! The same energy the ancients called Chi or Prana is the same life force Jesus referred to as the Spirit - “the Breath that gives Life.” Quantum physicists describe this energy as the quantum field or, more precisely, the unified field of energy and information that underlies all matter and consciousness. I like to keep it simple and call it: The Light Whatever you call it, when you align with that inner current instead of fighting against it, desire stops being something outside of you to reach for and becomes something already flowing through you.
