I’ve spent quite a few years in the property space, and after reading through some of the posts here, it’s clear a lot of people are putting in the effort but still running into similar roadblocks. In wholesaling, it often comes down to a few key things: finding the right opportunities, knowing how to speak with sellers confidently, and understanding what actually makes a deal stack. From what I’ve seen over the years, it’s rarely about working harder; it’s more about knowing where to focus and how to approach things the right way. A small shift in how you look at deals or conversations can make a big difference over time. I think spaces like this are valuable because people can share what’s actually working and what’s not, rather than just theory.
