Favourite haikyuu character
Who is your favourite haikyuu character? Mine is kotaro Bokuto because I m also mentally unstable when I m playing and I would like to hit powerful cross-court and lines like him
Time for workout
If I do Day 1 workout at 9:00pm then for tomorrow is it okay that I do day 2 workout at 4:00am? Or should I rest for 24hours?

I think you can do your workout anytime of the day as long as you' re serious with your recovery (good sleeping time, nutrition, stretching). Are you talking about the jumptraining program?

@Mark Joross Desor then you can respect the rest times (rest days and rest between exercises) provided in the jumptraining and train anytime during exercise days
Double blocks
does anyone know good drills or exercises to get better at blocking with your pin blockers (middle going from middle to block with the outside)?

I haven't any particular drill, but i think it's important that both of you master the different kind of steps for blocking (side step, cross step, etc...) and communicate a lot to improve your synchronization in various situations.
