I joined the program because of health reasons and to lose some weight. It’s been an awesome journey. I have not only lost some pounds, but I have learnt to be disciplined and determined, things you won’t get elsewhere. The community  has the most encouraging coach and ladies who do not judge, but lift you up at all times, no matter what. And the meals?? Oh, I still get to eat my favorite foods, which is absolutely amazing. Joining was definitely the best decision I took for myself in 2026.
